Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days for a full refund, provided it is unused. Before returning the item, please contact us at support@nymolabs.com to obtain an authorized return address. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges.

For returns initiated after the 15-day period, you will be responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% of the order amount will be applied.

Note: The standard restocking fee is 20% of the order amount, but additional charges may apply if the product is significantly damaged or shows signs of use. The fee may vary depending on the type, condition, or reason for the return.

Important Notes:

  1. All returns must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. The product should be free of scratches and the packaging must be intact.
  2. The returned items must be sent to the authorized address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and refunds may be declined.
  3. Please contact us for the authorized return address.
  4. The customer must ensure that the product is not damaged during the return shipping process. It is essential to use a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is properly documented.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows significant signs of use, damage, or does not meet our return standards.

OPENBOX Products:

We provide the same after-sales support and warranty for OPENBOX items as we do for new products. However, all sales of OPENBOX items are final and non-returnable.

Exchange Process:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@nymolabs.com within 3 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange. You will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect and/or incorrect product. You must return the item using the original packaging for a free exchange. Exchanges require the customer to first return the product, and the replacement will be sent after the returned product is received.

Refund Processing Time:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days and apply it to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company.

Other Information:

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel, you must wait for the package to arrive and then contact us to return it. You will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, customs duties, and other charges. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged as a warehouse processing fee.
