Order Processing and Delivery

America:

  1. Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over $29 in the United States. For orders below $29, a shipping fee of $4.90 will apply.
  2. Delivery Time: Most orders within the United States will be delivered within 8-10 business days and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. Please note: Delivery delays may occur for orders placed during major promotions, national holidays, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or extreme weather).
  3. Out-of-Stock Items: If some items in our U.S. warehouse are out of stock, we will ship them from our Chinese warehouse and notify you of the updated delivery information via email. The estimated delivery time will be 7-15 business days.

[Note] We will notify you of any delivery delays caused by force majeure events.

Other Countries/Regions:

For the UK, Japan, Australia, and the EU, the freight already includes tariffs, and customers do not have to pay any additional fees. For customers in other countries, due to the large differences in freight and tariffs, please contact us at support@nymolabs.com. We will provide you with a quotation.

Item will be shipped by air from our China warehouse and are typically delivered within 10-15 business days. Note: Delivery times are based on the expected range, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances with the carrier. We will inform you of any delivery delays or issues caused by force majeure events.

Other Considerations

  1. Your order might be split into multiple parcels, each potentially arriving at a different time. You can track the shipping status of each parcel on our website.
  2. For orders from certain countries, we are unable to provide a tax-inclusive shipping option. If customs duties or other taxes are incurred, these costs will be your responsibility. The carrier will notify you of the payment upon delivery. Due to varying tax rates in different countries/regions, the exact customs duties cannot be accurately predicted. You can obtain more accurate information by checking the relevant tax policies in your country.

Why Haven't My Item Been Shipped Yet?

  1. Holidays, Peak Seasons, and Force Majeure Events: During holidays, peak transportation seasons, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), delivery times may be delayed. If any delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
  2. Pre-Ordered Products: The delivery method for pre-ordered products differs from that of regular orders. The expected delivery date for pre-ordered products will be clearly marked on the product page. Please review this information carefully before making your purchase.
  3. Oversized Items: For large items like the NBS-6040 and NBX-5040, delivery may take up to 7 business days. In most cases, you should receive the item within 15-30 business days after placing your order. Once the item arrive at your location, the carrier will contact you to arrange for delivery.

Do You Provide International Transportation?

Yes, we provide international shipping services to most countries. If your country or region is not included in the list of supported locations, please contact us at support@nymolabs.com for further details.

How Do I Know That My Package Is Already Shipped and In Shipment?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipping status of your package.

Address Change and Order Cancellation

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us via support@nymolabs.com within 12 hours. After this time, we may have already shipped the order, and we will not be able to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. We recommend carefully confirming your address and order details before placing an order.

If the cancellation request is received after 12 hours and the item have not yet been shipped (please note: sometimes there may be a delay in tracking numbers, but the package has already been sent, in which case the order cannot be canceled), we will charge a fee of 10%-15% depending on the specific situation. This fee covers order processing and warehouse preparation costs. If the item has been marked as shipped or actually shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you must cancel, you will need to contact us for a return after the package arrives locally, and you will be responsible for all costs incurred in shipping and returning the package (freight, tariffs, or any other fees).

If you need to return the item after receiving them, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and tariffs, and the refund will be processed after the item pass the re-warehousing inspection. Please note that we will charge a 20% warehouse processing fee based on the order amount to cover the re-warehousing and inspection costs of the returned item. Refund processing typically takes 10-15 business days.

OPENBOX Item Are Not Supported for Returns

For OPENBOX products, we provide the same after-sales support and warranty as for new products; however, all OPENBOX products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Other

Refund Disputes: Please refrain from initiating a refund dispute, as it may lead to bank-imposed settlement fees. This will not only delay the refund process but also incur additional costs. To ensure a smooth refund process, we recommend that you contact us by email, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Revision from last bad review

I had posted a review about the dust boot. Immediately after I posted that review, I received a response from Nymolabs offering to send a replacement or refund. Their response to my review was timely and their resolution and customer focus were impressive to say the least. I opted for a refund as I already ordered their other design dust boot.The reality is not a single company hits it out of the park every swing. It’s the bounceback and resolution that makes all the difference. Nymolabs is a great company to deal with and I would 100% recommend them.

Not Nymolabs quality at all. Brackets bend easily

Let me just state that I am 100% satisfied with my Nynolabs 6040 machine. Leaps above the rest. But this dust shoe product was a disappointment by far and not representative to what I have experienced with Nymolabs products as a whole. I followed the installation instructions meticulously to ensure for proper alignment. Checked numerous times to be sure. When you see the dust shoe clearance it is immediately apparent how inportant the alignment is. What I found is the clearance of the spindle inside the shoe is pretty close. And in a perfect world the spindle clears just fine with Z axis movements. But with the hose attached and the machine moving about the Y and X axis were enough load from the vacuum hose to flex the cheesy metal bracket which then causes the dust shoe contact the spindle on Z axis plunge bending the brackets. I propose that Nymolabs make the metal brackets out of a metal that is more rigid and not as prone to bend. I ended up purchasing the dust show that connects to the spindel motor as a replacement for only $29. But not I have the bent metal dust show that is of no use and I can’t return. 100% would not buy this one again until they fix the brackets.
