Order Processing Time
It takes 2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the time it takes for the actual delivery.
Shipping Area
We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $29. For orders totaling less than $29, a flat shipping fee of $4.9 will be applied. Currently, we only ship to the United States. However, we plan to expand our shipping area in the future to accommodate a wider customer base.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard delivery timeframe is 8-10 business days. Please keep in mind that this estimate may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping carrier.
Address Changes and Order Cancellation:
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our support team immediately via email. We will do our best to assist you with any necessary adjustments. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.
