NymoLabs Custom-made 710W Router: The 6040 features the Self-developed Trim Router as a spindle, a Second-to-none move in the market. Its soft start, and constant current drive features, make the spindle RPM slow to fast without stalling, ranging from 7000 to 30000 adjustable. ER11 Collet Gripping Range: 1-8mm, 1/4", 1/8".
Linear Rails & Ball Screws on Every Axis: The 6040 uses linear rails and ball screws on every axis for increased productivity and accuracy. These are built for much larger, heavier machines and maintain the rapid movement that 6040 has always been capable of while adding a ton of rigidity.
Based on Open-source Grbl v1.1: The 6040 CNC router features a driver with 32-bit chips, making the pulse frequency up to 80 kHz. Adds 4-axis linkage motion, MPG, offline control, 3-pin laser port, air pump, and other extended functions. It also supports transforming the code files from offline controller to local memory to engraving stabler.
Create a New and Friendly Maker Ecology: In order to give makers a better experience, we reserved a series of expansion function ports when designing, including the fourth-axis expansion (four-axis linkage), MPG, Z probe tool set, air pump port, lighting port, air blowing, and dust boot placement,.etc. Which will be listed separately in the coming next!
Modular Design: The pre-assembled modular design makes the 20-minute installation possible, with just a few installation steps and wiring of electronics before starting your projects. Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over $29 in the United States. For orders below $29, a shipping fee of $4.90 will apply.
Delivery Time: Most orders within the United States will be delivered within 8-10 business days and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. Please note: Delivery delays may occur for orders placed during major promotions, national holidays, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or extreme weather).
Out-of-Stock Items: If some items in our U.S. warehouse are out of stock, we will ship them from our Chinese warehouse and notify you of the updated delivery information via email. The estimated delivery time will be 7-15 business days.

For the UK, Japan, Australia, and the EU, the freight already includes tariffs, and customers do not have to pay any additional fees. Why Haven't My Item Been Shipped Yet?

Holidays, Peak Seasons, and Force Majeure Events: During holidays, peak transportation seasons, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), delivery times may be delayed. If any delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Pre-Ordered Products: The delivery method for pre-ordered products differs from that of regular orders. The expected delivery date for pre-ordered products will be clearly marked on the product page. Please review this information carefully before making your purchase.

Do You Provide International Transportation?

How Do I Know That My Package Is Already Shipped and In Shipment?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipping status of your package.

Address Change and Order Cancellation

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us via support@nymolabs.com within 12 hours. After this time, we may have already shipped the order, and we will not be able to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. We recommend carefully confirming your address and order details before placing an order.

If the cancellation request is received after 12 hours and the item have not yet been shipped (please note: sometimes there may be a delay in tracking numbers, but the package has already been sent, in which case the order cannot be canceled), we will charge a fee of 10%-15% depending on the specific situation. This fee covers order processing and warehouse preparation costs. If the item has been marked as shipped or actually shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you must cancel, you will need to contact us for a return after the package arrives locally, and you will be responsible for all costs incurred in shipping and returning the package (freight, tariffs, or any other fees).

If you need to return the item after receiving them, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and tariffs, and the refund will be processed after the item pass the re-warehousing inspection. OPENBOX Item Are Not Supported for Returns

For OPENBOX products, we provide the same after-sales support and warranty as for new products; however, all OPENBOX products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

I have had my machine for 1 week. Easy to assemble. Quality appears really good all holes line up and all threads good. I think the instructions could be better on getting the machine up and running. Overall I’m very impressed. Lily responded very quickly on my one and only enquires. Well done. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly rigid and capable machine for the price!!

Wow! All I can say. Let me just preface this as saying I have avoided consumer level CNC routers for a long time because the affordable units were belt driven and didn’t rigidity enough to instill any real confidence. Then I found these units. I read all the specs and while the online comments on the machine were pretty limited, I took the leap based on features. What sold me were the lead screw design, gantry stoutness and the complete accessory line for expansion. I have been using the machine for a while and I am really impressed. My only critique is the instructions while better than competitors, still lacks a bit. Lots of info to extrapolate with the partial instructions unfortunately. This thing is stout! 10/10 would recommend this machine to others and have. This thing is so nice a friend saw mine and immediately ordered one for himself.

Love this CNC Machine

This is my second CNC, It is a solid / sturdy machine with very good electronics. My first ones electronics and frame don't come close to the NymoLabs NBS 6040. If you are looking to purchase a machine of this size, I highly recommend it. If you have any questions or need help, NymoLabs is very helpful and fast to respond.

Initial review after 5 months... a great machine for soft metals

I *love* this machine. Spent the 1st 3 months learning the ins and outs and working with wood and plastic. In the last 2 months I started tackling soft metals (Al, brass, bronze). Blew through many bits until I found the proper settings for each material. Found that blowing air at the point of contact to clear chips (and it might also provide cooling to the tool) is critical for soft metals. Have also experimented with some paste and wax-style lubricants - they don't hurt, but maybe are not necessary. Just using the stock spindle, I can take 1.25mm cuts and the finish is actually very good. I've attached pictures of the setup and some test slots in 6061 Aluminum. The middle slot in the closeup picture is 1mm DOC at 1550 mm/min, spindle speed of 10,000 rpm, using 3.175mm 0-flute carbide end mill (uncoated). The other test slots are varying DOCs and speeds - but all are clean.

I also purchased the 1.5kW spindle but actually have not installed it yet since the standard spindle can take 1.25mm DOC without any trouble in Al and brass (have not yet tried that with bronze).

I am going to experiment with lighter cuts in low carbon steels like 1012 or 1018 next to see what happens - I may need the bigger spindle at that point and the wax lubricants will probably become necessary.
